So today was amazingly worse than yesterday... I stayed up till 5 am working on my stupid translations. I still wasn't done them when I went to bed, but I had until 2:30 pm to hand them in with only one hour class in between at 10 am. That is when my troubles came about, when I went to my 10 am class ( Classical Hero Myths) there was my TA standing there with a huge smile and the words "POP QUIZ" slowly came out of his mouth. I was screwed. I only do the readings at the end of the year for the exam, otherwise I read what I must and pay close attention in class. This was a quiz to know 5 different myth characters, what play they were from and who wrote the play. I was so screwed it wasn't even funny. I knew Heracles' father Amphitrion from the play Heracles by Euripides. BUT that was the only one I knew all
three aspects of the question. Also spelling counted... I spelt Euripides like Eurepides so yay me I MIGHT get a 30% on that. This was the same class that I had to miss ONE lecture in order to study more for a midterm and there was a pop quiz in class. This class is really wanting me to fail. OH Also my TA claimed that he told us of this pop quiz last week... we all said no, because I would have studied or at least wrote in my book QUIZ TUESDAY, but no there was nothing... so he said it must have been his other seminars...WELL THANKS! They knew about it ..but here I am lowering my mark just for you... have fun! ANYWHO After that amazing class I still had to do a lot of translations and I really was not in the mood to do so, but I put on some music and got into the groove... But then 2:30 came up and I was still not done! YES I LOVE STRESS! So then I went to the Classics department to see if I could get help and I found my Classical Gods myth professor who will ironically be my 2nd year Greek Professor and he helped me out with a few things and then my TA for that class showed up and I got more help... She allowed me to hand in the rest of my assignment by 5 pm. So I just guessed for most and put together and handed that sucker in. I really don't want to look at Greek for a long time, but I have a class tomorrow and more translations to do by next tuesday...yes it never ends. After I handed in my work at about 4:30 I had.. well 30 mins. before my 2 hour lecture in History.... So a savored my few mins of joy and then went to class. We talked about the end of the Soviet Union and the issues with Yugoslavia... Amazingly something good came out of this class...we left early!!!!! YES! So then it was supper time. Supper was not good .... I went to the pasta bar and was excited for some god old fashioned pasta... when I got there there was no tomato or spinach ( the two things I get on my pasta) So I got it plane with alfredo sauce.... Which sadly was very watery and had little taste. After this I came to the library to do my readings for my history seminar tomorrow morning... they were short which was awesome...Um one was about Saddam's huge urge to get nuclear weapons and then popular questions asked about the gulf war. So they were interesting.... scary how close Saddam got to launching nuclear weapons though ... it blew my mind.
Anywho I am now finished my readings and have nothing left to do this week that is DUE.... but I have essays that are due next week and I should get a start on them.....But I am the Queen of Procrastination ...so we shall see. I think this evening I shall watch a movie or some shows online... Im watching Numb3ers right now... It took me a while to get into the show... but the math it really captures you ...I have no idea how...I hate math sooo much, but I guess if i don't have to do it then I am all good with it. OHHHH I can read my Percy Jackson books...Yessss I like that idea I've been sooo busy that I forgot about them... *sniffle*. Anywho I'm still in the library waiting for my friend to finish her reading...so I really have nothing else to say. I hope the night is uneventful, but hey, with my luck anything can happen.
Theme of Blog: Little sleep and nonstop work really sucks..... and that I really would like a better day, I'm sounding so depressing in my first two blogs.... SOMETHING AWESOME HAPPEN!

So today has pretty much been all about Greek....I woke up thing morning, an hour after I wanted to..so about 10:00. I needed to take a shower and such, but then I needed to finish studying for a Attic (ancient Athenian) Greek test I had at noon today. It was on conjugating all tenses of the Subjunctive for βαλλω (throw) and παιδευω (teach) and then also to know the future and present Optative of παιδευω. There was also some identifying of verbs so I had to know the case, number, voice, tense and mood of seven different words. So I THOUGHT I was ready... but I messed up on the Active Present and Middle Aorist Subjunctive for παιδευω.... *sigh* I though there was a θ in the word ..but it was not so..it was a σ... so alas I lost a few marks there and I always just guess on the verb forms...THERE IS NO WAY I CAN HAVE EVERY FORM MEMORIZED! So after that awesome 50 mins. I had lunch ...which consisted of egg salad wrap, cake and chocolate milk. At 2pm I had Greek lecture...that was fun. Our prof was in the hospital for a week and a half and he really likes to talk about his life.... so for 35 mins of our 50 min class he talked about his hospital experience. I won’t talk about that... he just blathered on....but man do I love his stories...they are sooo funny. So for the last few mins. of class went over how easy the Subjunctive and Optative is.....yepp threw that back into my face...thanks. After that it was Geography... not bad just talked about glacial erosion, transportation and deposition... fun stuff to see what a 2000 m. thick block of ice can do. Then at 4pm I had Roman Civilization.... we talked about the daily life of an ancient Roman... amazingly it was a dull class.... our prof. speaks really monotone. After that I came back to my room on campus and fell to my bed...I didn't want to fall asleep...but ended up sleeping for a bit anyway. Then I worked on these Greek translations I need to do... (still need to do) and I really hate em... I have to do 24 sentences today since I couldn't had one in last week and asked for an extension. At about 7pm I went with my friend to go eat Mr. Sub and had a Cream soda and a breaded chicken wrap...yumm... and ate it back in my room as I watched the newest episodes of Fariy Tail (anime) AND IT IS GETTING SO GOOD!!!! And now I am writing this, but I should be doing by translations...I still have a shit load to do. And it’s not finding the words that are the hardest thing to do its putting the sentences together.... Greek doesn't put things in order...here is a sentence I translated that has not been modified.... Although of you many better being, contrary to opinion general I was judged.... so now I need to look at how the words are formed and used and make this mean something.... I REALLY HATE THIS STUFF....Well it is 12:23 I still have most of my translations to do and..Well I’m screwed..But I need to get this all done by 2:30pm tomorrow..... NO SLEEP FOR ME! YAY!!!!!!!
AND JUST NOW: Since I wanted to add Greek into this post I tried to change my keyboard to allow me to do so...I thought I failed....but It worked...It just doesn't seem to work on this (Had to copy words used in this from webpage) So now my typing off this is in Greek and I can’t change it back!!!!!! URG! Well this is just peachy!
Ok so after 15 mins. I got my English keyboard back! ...wow V_V
Back to the books.....
